I offer nature-based sitting or walking sessions at a farm in Hillsborough, NC because some clients prefer to be outside and/or move when discussing and processing emotionally laden information.  Physical fitness is not a necessity to go for a nature walk, we will go at whatever pace and distance that feels comfortable for you.

I offer sessions in an office setting located on a farm in Hillsborough, NC with my co-therapist Cricket who is a rescue dog.

My office is located in a quaint farm house attached to the main barn at the farm.​​​

I offer equine assisted psychotherapy sessions at a farm in Hillsborough, NC with a small herd of equine co-therapists and you can pick which horse seems to be the best fit for you.
